Frank Grillo is set to be one of the familiar faces on the cast of Captain America: Civil War and he has hinted that he and Chris Evans are at the centre of a major scene in the film.
We were introduced to the character of Brock Rumlow in Captain America: The Winter Soldier last year and now the actor is back as Crossbones - after we saw him survive a building collapse at the end of the film.
And Grillo has talked a little about shooting the new film, which saw the studio recreate a certain part of the world and put him and Evans in the middle of 'hundreds' of extras.
Speaking to Collider, the actor hinted at the scale of the new film: "It's just what you would imagine it to be. That's what we are. Me and [Chris] Evans were doing this scene for days, where we were supposed to be in a certain part of the world and they recreated that world. There were hundreds of extras, and there we were in the center of it.
"[Robert] Downey wanted to come down and watch us do the scene. So, at one point, I turn around and Downey is there and [Jeremy] Renner was there and Paul Rudd had just come down, and they were all watching us do our thing. I was like, 'Wow, this is special! This is really cool!'"
Grillo is just one of the familiar faces on the cast list as Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Anthony Mackie, and Sebastian Stan are all returning to the Captain America franchise. Anthony and Joe Russo - who directed The Winter Soldier to critical and commercial success - are also back in the director's chair for their second Marvel movie.
However, there are some new additions to the Captain America franchise as Robert Downey Jr, Paul Rudd, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Renner, and Elizabeth Olsen are on board for the first time.
Also watch out for Martin Freeman and Daniel Bruhl, while we are going to be introduced to Chadwick Boseman and Tom Holland as Black Panther and Spider Man for the first time. It really is going to be an action packed movie with a whole host of actors and characters to watch out for.
As for Grillo, he has also completed work on A Conspiracy on Jekyll Island, Big Sky, Beyond Skyline, and Stephanie and he is set to reprise the role of Sergeant in The Purge 3, which is currently in pre-production.
Captain America: Civil War is released 29th April 2016.
