Locke

Locke

Tom Hardy is back on the big screen later this year with Locke; this is a movie we have already had the chance to see, and it is another great performance from the British actor.

Locke has been written and directed by Steven Knight, as Hardy works with the filmmaker for the first time.

Locke follows central character Ivan Locke as he makes a car journey in the middle of the night, a journey that will change his life.

The brand new trailer for the film has been released and we have it for you to take a look at:

Hardy is the only actor to appear on the screen during the film, but Olivia Colman, Ruth Wilson and Andrew Scott feature as part of a voice cast; they all have phone calls with Locke during the drive.

Locke will be the first big screen outing for Hardy since the success of blockbuster The Dark Knight Rises.

It will be a busy year for the actor with The Drop, Child 33 and Mad Max: Fury Road all set to hit the big screen.

Hardy is also set to play Elton John in Rocketman and has joined TV series Peaky Blinders.

Locke is released 18th April.
