We reported yesterday that filming on Ant-Man had got in San Francisco, and now the first official picture has been released.
The images sees Paul Rudd take centre stage as he takes on the role of Scott Lang in the movie. I have to say, the Golden Gate Bridge makes a terrific backdrop.
The project has been delayed over the summer as the search for a new director was underway - Edgar Wright is believed to have left the project earlier this year due to creative differences.
Peyton Reed is not on board, and filming on the project is finally underway.
Rudd has been on board the film for quite some time alongside Michael Douglas: he will take on the role of Hank Pym.
Evangeline Lilly Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Peña, and John Slattery are all also set to star.
Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang (Rudd) must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym (Douglas), protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats.
Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
Ant-Man is released 17th July.
