Finding Dory continues to perform well at the U.S. box office as it spends a third week at number one.
The movie took $41.9 million over the weekend to secure the top spot and has grossed over $200 million in the U.S. alone in just three weeks.
However, the film, which is the latest offering from Pixar, did face some tough competition from The Legend of Tarzan, which had to settle for the number two spot as it grossed $38.1 million on its opening weekend.
The Legend of Tarzan sees David Yates back in the director's chair while Alexander Skarsgård takes on the title role. This is the first of two films for Yates this year - the second behind Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, which is released in the autumn.
The Purge has become a popular horror franchise and The Purge: Election Year is the third film in the series. The Purge: Election Year comes two years after the release of The Purge: Anarchy and sees James DeMonaco back in the director's chair.
The movie was the second highest new entry as it opened at number three. The BFG had a slightly disappointing opening weekend as it could only open at number four.
Steven Spielberg brings the live-action adaptation of the Roald Dahl novel to the big screen but it grossed just $19.5 million on the weekend.
Independence Day: Resurgence fell three places to number five while Central Intelligence also dropped three spots to this week's number six.
The Shallows and Free State of Jones were two place fallers, ending the weekend at seven and eight.
The Conjuring 2 was this week's biggest faller as it slipped four places from five to number nine. Now You See Me 2 rounded off the top ten; down three places from last week's number seven.
