Felicity Jones has become "obsessed" with stunts since filming 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story'.
The 33-year-old actress portrays resistance fighter Jyn Erso in the upcoming sci-fi spin off and loved the chance to try something new with the more physical aspects of the story.
She said: "I loved the action side of it because it's something I've never done before.
"I learnt how to do kung fu and now I've become obsessed with stunts and being on wires."
Felicity can also soon be seen in 'A Monster Calls' as a young parent diagnosed with a terminal illness and she got along really well with her co-star Sigourney Weaver.
She said: "Sigourney and I connected very quickly, we had a very similar approach and I'm a big fan of hers. She's a real role model for actresses - she set a precedent of seriousness about her work."
Felicity recently admitted she found it hard having to improvise during rehearsals for 'Rogue One' as director Gareth Edwards preferred to limit the amount of script work and just get stuck in to filming immediately.
She explained to Harper's Bazaar magazine: "Gareth really loves to bring improvisation to the process. Unlike 'Inferno', where we had lots of rehearsal, with 'Rogue One' it was a different process - Gareth often holds the camera himself and he will watch the scene and change camera positions, depending on what we're doing as actors.
"So that was trying to find something in the moment that is unexpected and spontaneous. We would often shoot in a 360-degree set. There would be supporting artists everywhere, moving around. You wouldn't know where people were going to be. It was very much trying to find a documentary style within the framework of 'Star Wars.'"
