Captain America: Civil War is the film that I cannot wait to see in 2016 and there are just a few more weeks to wait until this franchise returns to the big screen.
I just love the Marvel films and Captain America: The Winter Solider is up there as one of the very best - I have very high hopes that Civil War is going to be just as good.
We have already been treated to some great character poster this week and now a new one sheet - which sees our heroes face to face has been unveiled.
As if the release of a new poster is not enough, an action-packed new trailer has also arrived. Seriously, this is one of the best film trailers I have seen all year and I am now even more excited for this film.
This trailer sees our favourite Avengers fighting each other, as well as getting our first glimpse of the new Spider-Man. Check it out:
Captain America and Iron Man have had a testing relationship since them met in Avengers Assemble and I can't wait to see Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr play these characters as enemies.
The movie is based on the iconic and much-loved Civil War comic book story arc and sees Anthony and Joe Russo back in the director's chair; this is their first Marvel films since the success of The Winter Solider back in 2014.
Marvel's Captain America: Civil War finds Steve Rogers leading the newly formed team of Avengers in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. But after another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team.
The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps - one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark's surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability.
Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Emily VanCamp, Frank Grillo and Martin Freeman, with William Hurt and Daniel Brühl all join Evans and Downey Jr on the cast list for what is one of the most impressive line-ups of 2016.
Captain America: Civil War is released 29th April.
