Ezra Miller has revealed that he is excited to work on his new movie Madame Bovary.
The movie is a big screen adaptation of Gustave Flaubert's novel and Miller has hinted that no adaptation has been as dark and sexy as this one.
He will take on the role of Leon Dupuis in the film while Sophie Barthes is in the director's chair and Mia Wasikowska will play the title role.
Speaking to the Press Association the actor said: "I'm very excited. There have been a lot of adaptations of the book before, but none of them are as dark and sexy as the book.
"With the director we've got and the cast, this might just hit it - the dark, sexy we are all crazy about.
"I haven't done any acting work in a long time. I've been playing music for over a year now, so there's a lot building in my gut that can only be released through playing a character."
Madame Bovary is set to hit the big screen next year and will also star Paul Giamatti and Rhys Ifans.
We haven't sees Miller on the big screen since The Perks of Being A Wallflower but he has been making a name for himself with that movie and We Need To Talk About Kevin.
