Richard Linklater is set to return to the director's chair in 2016 with his new comedy Everybody Wants Some and the official trailer and poster for the film have been unveiled.

As well as being in the director's chair, Linklater has also penned the film's screenplay and this is his first feature since he whipped up a storm with the critically acclaimed Boyhood back in 2014.
Linklater is one of the most exciting directors and writers around and I cannot wait to see what he delivers with this new film. Check out the new trailer:
An exciting cast has been assembled for Everybody Wants Some as Zoey Deutch, Glen Powell, Tyler Hoechlin, Ryan Guzman, and Wyatt Russell are just some of the names on board.
Set in the world of 1980s college life, Everybody Wants Some!! follows a freshman's first weekend of college, experiencing a fraternity-like lifestyle with his hard-partying teammates as they navigate their way through the freedoms and responsibilities of unsupervised adulthood.
If Everybody Wants Some is anywhere near as good as some of Linklater's previous movies then we are in for a real treat - this is one of the 2016 movies that I am already looking forward to.
Everybody Wants Some is released 13th May 2016.
