Emily VanCamp says Captain America: Civil War is going to be 'pretty epic.'
Filming has got underway on the third standalone Captain America movie - which is due to drop next year - and VanCamp is set to reprise the role of Agent 13 in the highly anticipated film.
We first saw VanCamp take on the role of Agent 13 in Captain America: Winter Solider and she will be back in what is set to be the biggest Captain America movie so far. And the actress says she is excited about heading back to the franchise.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, the actress said: "I'm actually heading to start filming next week. I can't tell you where, when, how - I don't want to get in trouble! But I'm really excited about it. It's going to be fun, it's gonna be pretty epic."
Agent 13 is better known as Sharon Carter - the niece of Peggy Carter - however, that link to Steve Rodgers' past is yet to be revealed in the film series. Whether Rodgers will learn her real identity in this upcoming film remains to be seen. It has also not been revealed just how big a role VanCamp will have in the film this time around.
Civil War will see Anthony and Joe Russo back in the director's chair for their second consecutive Captain America movie ahead of them tacking the two Avengers: Infinity War movies.
The cast list for Civil War is getting bigger and bigger as Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey Jr, Jeremy Renner, Anthony Mackie, Daniel Bruhl, and Chadwick Boseman are all also on board.
We are also expecting to see Spider Man join the franchise and get a first look at the new actor in the role and Paul Rudd has been linked to the film and appear in the movie as Ant-Man.
As for VanCamp, she will be back on the big screen this summer with new drama The Girl in the Book.
