Elysium has stormed to the top of the UK box office, holding off competition from We're The Millers.
The film sees Neill Blomkamp return to the director's chair for the first time since making his debut with District 9.
Matt Damon leads the cast, and the movie took over £3.1 million to become the #1 film in the UK this weekend.
We're The Millers was also a new entry this weekend as the comedy opened at number two. Planes was down just a single place this week at three.
The third and final new entry on the chart this week is The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones; which opened at number four.
This is the first of Cassandra Clare's novels to be adapted for the big screen, as Harald Zwart was back in the director's chair.
Grown Ups 2 was down a single place at five, while 2 Guns dropped three places to six.
Kick Ass 2 was the biggest faller this week as it dropped six places from last week's number one to seven.
Monsters University continues to perform well, but it was down two places at eight, while Despicable Me 2 was up one at nine.
The Smurfs 2 was down two places this week as it rounded out the top ten.
