Elizabeth Olsen says she would be 'open' to talking about a solo Scarlet Witch film.
Olsen was introduced as Scarlet Witch for the first time in Avengers: Age of Ultron and she reprised the role earlier this year in Captain America: Civil War.
And while Olsen says she would consider the prospect of a solo film, it would have to be a project that made 'sense.'
Speaking to the Huffington Post, the actress said: "It's not something I'm opposed to, but it's also something that has to make a lot of sense.I wouldn't just do it.
"It'd have to make sense for how it advances in the world. But I'd be open to talking about it. I'd never say no to just an idea."
So far, Marvel has not made a solo female driven movie - despite the call from fans to make a Black Widow film.
However, all that is about to change as Captain Marvel is on the way. In fact, Oscar-winner Brie Larson is believed to be in talks to take on the role.
The Captain Marvel film is not one that we would see until 2019 - it is not yet clear if this character will make an appearance in the Avengers: Infinity War movies.
As for Olsen, she has enjoyed huge critical and commercial success as part of the ensemble cast of Civil War, which was the first film of 2016 to gross over $1 billion.
It remains the highest-grossing film of the year so far, taking $1.134 billion at the global box office.
Olsen has also completed work on Wind River, which sees her star alongside Jeremy Renner and Jon Bernthal with Taylor Sheridan on both writing and directing duties.
