Eleanor Tomlinson shot to fame last year in BBC television series Poldark and now she is returning to film with Alleycats.
Alleycats will see Tomlinson team up with filmmaker Ian Bonhôte, who is making his feature film directorial debut with the project.
The actress will take on the central role of Danni in the film and features in two great new images as well as taking centre stage in the poster:
A terrific cast has been assembled for the film as John Hannah, Josh Whitehouse, Sonoya Mizuno, Sam Keeley, and John Lynch will all star alongside Tomlinson.
When bike courier Chris (Whitehouse) witnesses what looks like a murder at the hands of a well-known member of Parliament (Hannah), his first instinct is to cut and run.
But when his curiosity draws him back in, Chris is soon embroiled in a world of corruption, political power, and blackmail. Compelled to uncover the web of bribery that's ensnared her brother, Chris' sister Danni (Tomlinson) soon takes matters into her own hands.
It is going to be a busy few months for Tomlinson, who is set to reprise the role of Demelza when Poldark returns in the autumn.
Alleycats is available on digital download on 22nd August and on DVD 29th August.
