Eddie Redmayne thanks the Hollywood Foreign Press for his second consecutive Golden Globe nomination for Best Actor.

Redmayne was in the mix for Best Actor, Drama for his performance in The Danish Girl, when the nominations were announced yesterday afternoon. This is the second nod in a row for the British actor, who scooped the award earlier this year for his performance as Stephen Hawking in The Theory of Everything.
The actor also congratulated Alicia Vikander and Alexandre Desplat - who were nominated for Best Actress, Drama and Best Original Score.
Speaking after the nominations were announced, he said: "I am incredibly grateful to the HFPA for having included me in such a brilliant troupe of actors. I'm equally thrilled that Alicia and Alexandre have been recognised as well.
"Having the opportunity to help tell Lili and Gerda's story has been a great privilege for me, and I am hugely grateful for the guidance, generosity and insight given to me by the transgender community."
Redmayne takes on the role of Lili Elbe, one of the first known recipients of sex reassignment surgery, in the film alongside Vikander, who plays her wife Gerda Wegener.
The movie sees Redmayne reunite with filmmaker Tom Hooper as he returns to the director's chair for the first time since the success of Les Miserables.
The Best Actor, Drama category is set to be a tough one as Redmayne is nominated alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Michael Fassbender, Bryan Cranston and Will Smith for their work in The Revenant, Steve Jobs, Trumbo, and Concussion.
Redmayne was also nominated for a Screen Actors Guild Award earlier this week and is expected to be in the Best Actor Oscar race when the nominations are announced at the beginning of next week.
The Danish Girl is released 1st January 2016. And the Golden Globe winners will be announced 10th January 2016.
