It looks like Don Cheadle will be reprising the role of War Machine in The Avengers: Age of Ultron.
Cheadle returned to the role of Col. Rhodes for billion dollar success that was Iron Man 3 earlier this year; this third film saw him take on a much bigger role than we have seen before.
Cheadle has previously mentioned that he would love to be part of the second Avengers movie, and now it seems that he may just get his wish.
Hitfix reported: "Col. Rhodes, aka War Machine, has a key role in the conflict with Ultron that is the main focus of the sequel."
However, quite where he is going to fit into the mix is unclear at the moment.
We already have two new faces on board in terms of Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch - played by Aaron Taylor Johnson and Elizabeth Olsen.
And we are expected larger roles from both Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner and Scarlett Johansson as Hulk, Hawkeye and Black Widow.
James Spader is also one of the other new additions to the cast list as he will be taking on the role of baddie Ultron.
Filming on The Avengers: Age of Ultron is set to get underway next year for the 2015 release.
The Avengers: Age of Ultron is released 1st May 2015.
