Deliver Us From Evil is a movie to watch out for this summer as Eric Bana returns to the big screen.
Bana is set to take on the role of NY police officer, and is joined on the cast list by Édgar Ramírez, Olivia Munn and Joel McHale.
The movie marks the return of Scott Derrickson to the director's chair for the first time since the success of Sinister - he has also teamed up with Paul Harris Boardman to pen the screenplay.
In Deliver Us From Evil, New York police officer Ralph Sarchie (Bana), struggling with his own personal issues, begins investigating a series of disturbing and inexplicable crimes.
He joins forces with an unconventional priest (Ramirez), schooled in the rituals of exorcism, to combat the frightening and demonic possessions that are terrorizing their city.
Based upon the book, which details Sarchie's bone-chilling real-life cases.
Deliver Us From Evil is released 22nd August.
