Deadpool is already one of the most talked about and anticipated comic book films of 2016 and Ryan Reynolds is set to return to the title role.

While we have seen Reynolds play Wade Wilson in X-Men Origins - Wolverine, this is the first and long-awaited solo movie. And Reynolds takes centre stage in this brand new international poster.
Reynolds and the fans have been the driving force behind getting this movie made and it will be the feature film directorial debut for Tim Miller.
Miller is no stranger to the director's chair with short films Rockfish and Aunt Luisa under his belt but this will mark his first leap into features. Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick are also on board as they have teamed up to pen the film's screenplay.
I can't wait to see Reynolds in action as Wade Wilson and he will be joined on the cast list by Morena Baccarin, Gina Carano, Ed Skrein, and T.J. Miller.
Based upon Marvel Comics' most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool.
Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humour, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
Deadpool is set to be the first comic book film to his the big screen in 2016 and will kick off what promises to be an exciting year for this genre of movie.
