The official synopsis for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes has been revealed.

Reeves takes over the director's chair from Rupert Wyatt in what is his first film since he helmed Let Me In.
As well as a first synopsis there are also some new additions to the cast list as Toby Kebbell and Enrique Murciano are both on board.
The Rise of the Planet of the Apes was one of the unexpected hits of summer 2011 as it won over the critics and grossed over $481 million worldwide.
