David Goyer is set to return to the director's chair to helm The Breach.
The Breach is a big screen adaptation of the novel of the same name by Patrick Lee.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Justin Rhodes is set to pen the screenplay, while Lorenzo di Bonaventura with produce.
The story is about former police officer Travis Chase who discovers a plane crash in the Alaskan wilderness and is forced to deal with a secret organisation called Tangent.
Goyer is best known for his writing work, having penned the screenplays for Man of Steel and Batman Begins in recent years.
He moved into the director's chair for the first time back in 2002, with Zig Zag.
The Breach will be his first big screen outing since The Unborn in 2009.
