The Whole Truth has been penned by Nicholas Kazan, but a director is yet to be named.
While the plot of the film is being kept under wraps, it is expected to be set in the courtroom.
The film is being produced by Atlas Entertainment and will be on sale to distributors at the European Film Market.
A shooting sate has also no been announced as Craig is about to star work on Bond 24.
We haven't seen Craig on the big screen since the billion dollar success of Skyfall in 2012, but he has just completed a stint in the theatre.
Bond 24 will see him reunite with Sam Mendes, as the Oscar winner returns to the director's chair.
This latest instalment of the Bond franchise will be the fourth time that Craig has played 007.
A cast list for the movie is yet to be announced, but Naomie Harris and Ralph Fiennes are both expected to return.
Skyfall went on to become the most successful Bond movie of all time.
