Daniel Craig has been injured while filming a fight scene for Spectre.
Filming is well underway on the new Bond movie and will see Craig take on the role of 007 for the fourth time. However, filming had to be halted after he picked up the injury.
Craig was filming a fight scene at Pinewood Studios when he picked up the injury. A source revealed that this resulted in panic amongst studio bosses as they are on a tight filming schedule.
The source told The Sun: "Bond bosses would have been panicking. Filming deadlines are so tight, any sort of delay can bring mayhem to the schedules.
"The extras were simply told, 'You can go home - Daniel's injured his knee'."
It seems that all is not as bad as first feared and Craig will be back filming today.
Spectre sees Sam Mendes back in the director's chair for his second consecutive Bond movie - he steered Skyfall to billion dollar success back in 2012.
Craig is not the only familiar face on the cast list, as Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, and Naomi Harris are also returning to their roles of M, Q, and Eve Moneypenny.
There are some terrific new additions to the cast list, as Dave Bautista, Monica Bellucci, Christoph Waltz, Lea Seydoux, and Andrew Scott are all also on board.
Spectre is the twenty fourth Bond movie and is already one of the most anticipated films of 2015 - it will also end up being one of the most financially successful.
Spectre is released 23rd October.
