Taron Egerton found it "deeply satisfying" making Hugh Jackman laugh on the 'Eddie the Eagle' set.
Egerton made his co-star laugh so hard during filming for the biopic that they had to turn the cameras off and has joked that it had been his "aim from the word go ... to dismantle Wolverine's career".
He said: "There's something deeply satisfying about making one of the biggest actors in the world corpse in the middle of a scene. That was my aim from the word go ... to dismantle Wolverine's career."
Since finding international fame, Taron has become close to a number of Hollywood's A-listers including his 'Kingsman: The Secret Service' co-star Colin Firth, who he has revealed always goes "beyond the call of duty" to offer him advice.
He told Marie Claire magazine: "He's a really funny man. He has this very proper public image but then he's actually got quite a potty mouth. He took the time to invest in me, above and beyond the call of duty and his relationship status.
"I am single, eternally so. It's been two and a half years since I've been [in a relationship]. I really miss having someone but I'm also aware that, given my lifestyle at the moment, it would probably be impractical. But that doesn't stop you craving some kind of constant within that."
