Chris Pine has heaped praise on co-star Keira Knightley, and says there was no drama when working with the actress.
Pine works alongside Knightley for the first time in new blockbuster Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit.
And Pine had nothing but nice things to say about Knightley as he reveals he thoroughly enjoyed working with her.
Speaking to Collider, the actor said: "I don't know if I've ever had more fun with an actress. She could not have been any more professional.
"She's younger than I am and she's done probably three times more films than I have. She'd show up, super smart, friendly, charming, in it, in the moment, and then she'd wrap.
"There was zero drama with Keira Knightley. It was the most lovely, wonderful experience you could ask for."
Pine takes on the title role in the film as he becomes that latest actor to play Jack Ryan on the big screen.
Pine and Knightley are joined on the cast list by Kevin Costner and Kenneth Branagh; Branagh is also in the director's chair for the film.
This is the first big screen outing for Pine since Star Trek Into Darkness, but he has also completed work on Stretch and Into The Woods.
Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit is released 24th January.
