Chris Evans says he is planning a break from acting when his contract with Marvel is complete.
Evans will be back on the big screen later this month as he returns to the role of Captain America in Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
Speaking to Glamour magazine, the actor said: "I think when I'm done with this Marvel contract, I'll take a little break from acting.
"With acting, you're one piece in a very big puzzle. It's like you helped buy a gift but you don't know what the gift is, so you come back and see the movie. Sometimes it's nice, sometimes it's tragic."
The Winter Soldier will be the third time that we have seen Evans take on the role of Steve Rodgers - he is tied into a multi-film deal with the studio.
It is all about Captain America this year, as he is set to start filming on The Avengers: Age of Ultron - the highly anticipated sequel to Avengers Assemble.
Snowpiercer is another film that we are going to be seeing Evans star in: however, there is still no UK release date for the film.
Evans is also set to make his directorial debut with comedy/romance 1:3- Train: Evans will also star in the film with Alice Eve, while Ronald Bass has penned the screenplay.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier is released 26th March.
