If you are a horror film fan, Lights Out is a movie that's not to miss this summer and will hit the big screen in August.
Lights Out
Lights Out marks the feature film directorial debut for David F. Sandberg and is based on a short film of the same name. Eric Heisserer has turned Sandberg's short film into a feature-length screenplay.
The director has brought together a fantastic cast as Teresa Palmer, Eric Heisserer, and Maria Bello takes on the central roles of siblings Rebecca and Martin and mother Sophie.
The trio is joined on the cast list by Alexander DiPersia, Billy Burke, Alicia Vela-Bailey, and Andi Osho.
We are going to have to wait a few weeks until Lights Out hits the big screen, but here are some great new images from the film. Take a look:
When Rebecca left home, she thought she left her childhood fears behind. Growing up, she was never really sure of what was and wasn't real when the lights went out... and now her little brother, Martin, is experiencing the same unexplained and terrifying events that had once tested her sanity and threatened her safety. A frightening entity with a mysterious attachment to their mother, Sophie, has reemerged.
But this time, as Rebecca gets closer to unlocking the truth, there is no denying that all their lives are in danger... once the lights go out.
Lights Out is released 19th August.
