Captain America: The Winter Solider has held off the challenge from Rio 2 to top the U.S. box office for a second week.
The Captain America sequel is winning over critics and audiences around the world, and took a further $41 million over the weekend to remain the #1 movie.
The movie has now grossed well over $100 million at the U.S. box office alone in just two weeks.
Despite topping the UK chart last week, Rio 2 had to settle for second as it took just over $39 million in its opening weekend.
Oculus and Draft Day rounded off a trio of new entries, as they opened at three and four.
Divergent slipped two places this week as it was down from three to five.
Noah and God's Not Dead were also on the slide, as they both dropped three spots to six and seven.
The Grand Budapest Hotel continues to perform well, but dropped two spots this week from six to eight. Muppets Most Wanted was the biggest faller, as it dropped from five to nine.
Mr Peabody and Sherman was down three from last week's seven, as it rounded off the top ten.
