Can A Song Save Your Life? Has been picked up for U.S. distribution by The Weinstein Company.
The movie is written and directed by John Carney and premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival over the weekend.
Keira Knightley, Mark Ruffalo, Hailee Steinfeld, Catherine Keener and Adam Levine are all aboard the cast list, and the film seems to have won over audiences in Toronto.
The movie follows a down on his luck music executive who forms a bond with a young singer-songwriter who has come to Manhattan.
Carney was behind the fantastic Once back in 2007 and this is his first film since The Rafters last year.
It is believed that The Weinstein Company paid $7 million for the distribution rights and has committed a further $20 million in advertising costs.
A release date has not yet been set.
