Bryan Singer continues to tease fans about X-Men: Apocalypse and his latest picture shows Cairo in ruins.
Singer is set to return to the director's chair for X-Men: Apocalypse and filming is well under way on the already highly anticipated project.
Singer has once again taken to Instagram to give fans a taster of what is to come and the latest image shows the director wandering though a destroyed set.
Under the picture Singer writes: "Tip toeing through ruined #Cairo #1983 #xmen #apocalypse"
Singer returned to the X-Men franchise for the first time since X2 last year when he brought X-Men: Days of Future Past to the big screen. The movie went on to be both a critical and commercial hit and it is great to see him back once again.
The movie is set to take place ten years after the events of Days of Future Past and we will be introduced to the character of Apocalypse - played by Oscar Isaac - for the first time.
Isaac is one of the new faces on the cast list, while Sophie Turner (Jean Grey), Olivia Munn (Psylocke), Alexandra Shipp (Storm), Tye Sheridan (Cyclops), and Kodi Smit-McPhee (Nightcrawler) are also on board.
There are also plenty of familiar faces returning as James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult, Even Peters, and Rose Byrne are back as Charles Xavier, Magneto, Mystique, Beast, Quicksilver, and Moira MacTaggert.
X-Men: Apocalypse is released 19th May 2016.
