Bryan Cranston has heaped praise on Tom Cruise.
The pair have teamed up for new movie Rock of Ages and Cranston has revealed that Cruise gives a superb performance.
Speaking to Access Hollywood the actor said: "I don't think there's any harder working actor in Hollywood than Tom Cruise. He's a lovely guy and he's astonishing in this role."
"I look at that character that he portrays and I don't see Tom Cruise. He has taken over this guy."
Adam Shankman is in the director's chair for Rock of Ages while Malin Akerman, Russell Brand, Alec Baldwin and Julianne Hough are all on the cast list.
Cranston has a busy 2012 ahead with Red Tails and John Carter both ready for release.
He has also completed working on the remake of Total Recall.
Rock of Ages is released 8th June.
