Brant Daugherty has signed up to star in 'Fifty Shades Freed'.
Daugherty will play Sawyer in the third instalment in the erotic film franchise, based on E.L. James' book series.
Brant's character is the personal body guard for Anastasia Steele (Dakota Johnson) the lover of Christian Grey (Jamie Dornan).
'Fifty Shades Freed', directed by James Foley, is being filmed back-to-back with second movie 'Fifty Shades Darker' in Paris, France, and Vancouver, Canada, and Dakota and Jamie are reprising their lead roles.
The pair will be joined in the two sequels by Kim Basinger, Eric Johnson, Arielle Kebbel, Luke Grimes and Rita Ora are joining them for the two sequels.
Rebel Wilson has also put herself forward to play a dominatrix character in 'Fifty Shades Freed' getting her pal Dakota to ask Universal Pictures if she could try for the role.
The comic actress said: "[Dakota] was like, 'You know there's this one character,' I forget the name, but it's a dominatrix character that pops up in the third movie. And she was like, 'Rebel, you could be that.'
"So I was like, 'If you want to put in a word for me with Universal and see what happens, yeah.' And she did offer to do that!"
'Fifty Shades Darker' is due to be released on February 10, 2017, while 'Fifty Shades Freed' is scheduled to come out on February 9, 2018.
