Brad Bird says he 'welcomes' the chance to return to the Incredibles universe and the characters that live there.

Bird announced earlier this year that he had started work on a script for a second The Incredibles movie and it now looks set to be his next film project.
It was back in 2004 when The Incredibles movie hit the big screen to box office success and critical acclaim - and it is a movie that of fans have wanted to see a sequel to ever since.
Bird reveals that he had a 'blast' working on that first film and I am already looking forward to where he is going to take the Parr family second time around.
Speaking to Screen Rant the director said: "Incredibles I had a blast making that movie, I love all the characters in it, I feel close to them all - flaws and all - I enjoy that group of characters.
"You can stay out of it for awhile, but if you don't get going pretty soon, too much time goes by and your chance is kind of lost. I welcome the chance to return with those characters."
Bird will be back in the director's chair next week as Tomorrowland: A World Beyond is set to hit the big screen. Tomorrowland: A World Beyond is the latest live action feature from Disney and only the second live action movie of Bird's directing career.
Bird is best known for his work on the likes of The Incredibles and Ratatouille but made the leap into live action for the first time back in 2011 with Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.
Tomorrowland: A World Beyond will mark the first time we have seen Bird in the director's chair since the Mission: Impossible movie. Bird also teamed up with Damon Lindelof to pen the screenplay for the upcoming film.
The director has assembled a terrific cast for Tomorrowland: A World Beyond as Britt Robertson, George Clooney, Kathryn Hahn, Judy Greer, and Hugh Laurie are just some of the names that are on board.
The Incredibles 2 doesn't have an official release date yet. Tomorrowland: A World Beyond is released 22nd May.
