We already knew that we were getting a third Captain America and Thor film, while a second Guardians of the Galaxy is also set to hit the big screen.

Captain America: Civil War will be released in the U.S. on May 6th, 2016, while Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and Thor: Ragnarok following on May 5th and July 28th 2017.

2017 is going to be a busy year for Marvel, as Black Panther is set to be released in the autumn, with Chadwick Boseman in the title role. Captain Marvel will follow in the summer of 2018.

There was no mention of Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange - it is believed that the actor and the studio are in final negotiations. However, Doctor Strange is already scheduled to hit the big screen in November 2016.

Kevin Feige revealed that we are also going to be introduced to the Inhumans in 2018, as well as a two part Avengers movie in 2018 and 2019.

While all of these projects do sound incredibly exciting, sadly, we will not be seeing a solo movie for either Hulk of Black Widow any time soon.

So many voices - including Robert Downey Jr himself - have called for a solo Black Widow film this year. And while Stan Lee did suggest that it would eventually go ahead, it looks like it won't be any time soon.

Marvel are yet to release a film with a female character in the lead role and it looks like DC. are going to get their first with the release of a Wonder Woman film.

Having said all that, Feige revealed that the character - played by Scarlett Johansson - is going to play a major role going forward.

Avengers: Age of Ultron will bring to a close Phase Two of Marvel movies next year, while Ant Man will kick off Phase Three in the summer.
