Ben Whishaw says that he is 'immensely proud' of Spectre.
Whishaw will reprise the role of Q in the new Bond film, which comes three years after he made his debut in the role in Skyfall.
The actor was on the red carpet in London last night for the royal premiere of the movie alongside co-stars Daniel Craig, Naomie Harris, Monica Bellucci, Christoph Waltz, and Andrew Scott.
Speaking on the red carpet about the film, the actor said: "I am immensely proud. I still cannot believe that I am a part of it. I am very grateful to Sam because he gave me the part."
The movie sees Whishaw reunite with Daniel Craig, who is taking on the role of 007 for the fourth time. And Whishaw had nothing but praise for Craig and the commitment that he has shown to this role.
He continued: "It is amazing. This is the fifth time that I have worked with him and he is always impressive and prepared. He is so hard working; I have never worked with an actor that's so hard working.
"He keeps up that training as it takes a tremendous amount of work to be that shape. Those fight sequences... I have no idea but the complexity of that. And he is a brilliant actor. I think that we are very lucky to have someone of his gift inhabiting this role."
Spectre sees Sam Mendes back in the director's chair for his second consecutive Bond movie, which is one of the most anticipated films of the year.
Spectre is the third film for Whishaw this autumn, we have already seen him in Suffragette and The Lobster and he has The Danish Girl and In the Heart of the Sea on the horizon.
Spectre is out now.
