The release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is creeping ever closer and a trio of fantastic new character posters have been unveiled.
I cannot wait to see Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck take on the role of Superman and Batman and come face to face for the first time.
Batman and Superman take centre in their own character posters, while Wonder Woman gets her own piece of film artwork for the first time. The movie sees Gal Gadot take on the role of Wonder Woman for the first time and she is going to be a massive addition to the D.C. movie universe.
In fact, the solo Wonder Woman film is already shooting and the last trailer suggests that she is going to be more than a match for Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent.
Affleck is another big new addition to the cast list as he plays a much older Batman than we have seen on the big screen before. While there was controversy surrounding his casting, I think that he is a great choice and I can't wait to see in which direction he is going to take this character. Affleck will also be making an appearance in Suicide Squad next summer.
Cavill, Affleck, and Gadot are joined on the cast list by Jesse Eisenberg, Jason Momoa, Any Adams, Diane Lane, Michael Shannon, and Laurence Fishburne.
Fearing the actions of a god-like superhero left unchecked, Gotham City's own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis's most revered, modern-day saviour, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs.
And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it's ever known before.
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is released March 2016.
