Ant-Man is one of the films that I am looking forward to this summer as Marvel introduce yet another new character into the universe.
This is the first time that we are going to see Ant-Man on the big screen and I cannot wait to see what director Peyton Reed delivers.
We got a new teaser trailer for the film during the MTV Movie Awards last night, ahead of a great new full length trailer coming this week. This brand new teaser gives us a better look at Ant-Man's suit and his abilities - check it out:
Paul Rudd is set to take on the role of Scott Lang in the film, and while he is no stranger to the big screen, Ant-Man is the biggest film and role of his career to date.
Rudd teams up with Michael Douglas for the first time as he take on the role of inventor Hank Pym. They are joined on the cast list by Evangeline Lilly, Corey Stoll, Bobby Cannavale, and Michael Peña.
Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, master thief Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats.
Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.
Sadly, Ant-Man is a Marvel film that feel a little lost with the excitement surrounding the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron in just over a week's time. However, it does look like it is going to be another great movie from the studio. I personally am really looking forward to it and where we might see this character fit into the Marvel Universe going forward.
