After Earth has topped the UK box office, pushing the Hangover Part III from the top spot.
The movie sees Will Smith team up with his son Jaden while M. Night Shyamalan has returned to the director's chair.
After Earth has struggled with the critics and at the U.S. box office but too £2.2 million in the UK over the weekend.
The Hangover Part III fell just a single place to two this week as it too a further £1.1 million.
Fast & Furious 6 and Epic both dropped a single place to three and four while there was no move at five for The Great Gatsby.
This week's biggest faller was Star Trek Into Darkness as it dropped two places from four to six. The Purge was down one at seven.
The top ten was rounded out by a trio of new entries, kicked off by Behind the Candelabra - which sees Steven Soderbergh in the director's chair - at eight.
Michael Douglas plays Liberace in the film while Matt Damon takes on the role of his younger lover Scott Thorson.
The Stone Roses: Made of Stone was in at nine while The Iceman was the fourth and final new entry at number ten.
