It is always exciting when a Tom Hanks movie is on the horizon and he is set to return to the big screen with A Hologram For The King.
A Hologram For The King is a big screen adaptation of the book of the same name by Dave Eggers and sees Hanks take on the central role of Alan Clay.
The movie sees the Oscar-winning actor reunite with filmmaker Tom Tykwer; the duo worked together back in 2012 on Cloud Atlas, which was the last feature film for Tykwer. As well as being in the director's chair, Tykwer has also penned the screenplay.
The brand new trailer for the film has been released and we have it for you to take a look at. Check it out:
Hanks leads an all-star cast as Ben Whishaw, Sarita Choudhury, Tom Skerritt, and Sidse Babett Knudsen are also on board.
A Hologram For The King follows businessman Alan Clay (Hanks) on a journey halfway around the world, far from his American roots, to a rising Saudi Arabian city.
Clay is dispatched to pitch a new IT contract to a wealthy King, a project that must be a success for him to stave off bankruptcy, pay his daughter's college fees, and finally accomplish something big.
A Hologram For The King is released 20th May.
