Woody Harrelson has claimed that the planet would benefit from a zombie attack.
The actor's new movie Zombie land sees him take on the undead in a bid to survive and he thinks that they would be of benefit to the planet.
The actor told Parade: "In my mind, zombies are pretty ecological because they eat humans who are causing most of the ecological damage to the planet.
"So, if you think about it, it's better for the environment if zombies are overrunning the Earth. Maybe I've got the plot for a sequel here which might get the endorsement of Al Gore."
Zombieland sees him team up with Jesse Eisenberg and Emma Stone as they find a way to survive in a world overrun by zombies.
Harrelson went on to talk about his role saying: "I'm a pacifist. I really don't like killing even zombies. I'm a peaceable guy. I just hang out in my bathing suit in Maui and spend a lot of time in the ocean with my kids and surf and stuff.
"I'm a good worker, hard worker, but a world-class vacationer. Before I started making films again, I took a five-year hiatus just being a bum in Maui and I loved it. But, unfortunately, I had to go back to work."
Zombieland is released 9th October.
