Toy Story 3 has become the biggest grossing animation movie of all time.
The latest picture from animation giants Pixar has dominated the summer box office, grossing in excess of $940 million to overtake Shrek 2.
It's been eleven years since Toy Story 2 graced the big screen and fifteen years since Pixar introduced us to Woody and Buzz way back in 1995.
Shrek 2 has held the title of biggest grossing animation movie since it's release back in 2004 when it too over $919 million during it's theatrical run.
The record had been previously help by Finding Nemo, which took over 4867 million back in 2003 - Toy Story 3 has now also taken the crown of most successful Pixar movie off all time.
The film has topped the U.S. and UK box office as fans flocked to cinemas in recent weeks.
