Jerry Dines with Spielberg-plus, Oprah's Paul McCartney CrushJust because Steven Spielberg turned down an offer to work with Jerry Seinfeld doesn't mean the legendary director and comedian couldn't have dinner together."I asked Steven Spielberg to direct a commercial I was going to make for American Express," Seinfeld tells Oprah Winfrey in the November issue of O magazine. "I'd never met him, but I thought, What the hell-why don't I call? I'm Jerry Seinfeld, I'm not just nobody. [Laughs.] Steven says, 'I can't do it, but why don’t we have dinner tomorrow in East Hampton?' "Needless to say, but Seinfeld was verklempt. "Oh my God! I'm a Jewish boy from Long Island, and I'm having dinner with Steven Spielberg! It was like my second bar mitzvah," Seinfeld recalled. "So, I get up the next morning, I shower, and I sit down on a chair at 9 a.m. I was too excited to do anything but wait."And it wasn't only Seinfeld opening up in the magazine. Winfrey shared that she once dreamed of marrying her childhood crush-Paul McCartney!"I was just saying to Gayle [King] the other day, I'm really surprised I never married Paul McCartney, since all my other dreams came true," Winfrey says.Seinfeld cracked she still has a chance: "It's not too late! In fact, your timing could be inspired."

Right he is.

Earlier today, McCartney and ex Heather Mills met in a closed London courtroom to finally try to sort out their bitter divorce. Reports say McCartney could wind up shelling out a $120 million lump sum to Mills, along with monthly stipends to care for the couple's three-year-old daughter, Beatrice.
