There's more box office success for Star Trek as it tops the Australian box office in it's opening weekend.
The film grossed over $4.6 million comfortably knocking X-Men Origins: Wolverine from the top spot.
In the film's opening week it has grossed $141 million at the global box office and tops the U.S and UK box offices too.
Wolverine had to settle for the number two spot while Matthew McConaughey's new comedy Ghosts of Girlfriends Past was a new entry at three.
Defiance fell one place from three to four while Fast and Furious fell three places from two to round off the top five.
Samson and Delilah was the only other new entry at number nine.
