Skyfall has made it a hatrick of weeks at the top of the UK box office as it took a further £10.4 million to secure the top spot.
The film has now taken £63 million here in the UK in just three weeks and the film is closing in on total of the biggest grossing Bond movie Casino Royale.
The film also stormed the U.S. box office this week and it breaking records everywhere it goes.
There was also no move at Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted as it stayed put at number two while Argo was the highest new entry at three.
The movie marks the return to the director's chair for Ben Affleck, who also stars in the film, as he brings a true political story to life.
Argo is surrounded in Oscar buzz and is one of the early favourites to pick up nominations and gongs on the award's circuit.
Here Comes The Boom was another new entry in at number four while Taken 2 hung on to the number five spot once again.
Hotel Transylvania fell out of the top five as it dropped two places from four to six while The Sapphires was the third and final new entry inside the top ten at number seven.
Silent Hill: Revelation was this week's biggest faller as it dropped five places from three to eight. Oscar contender Rust and Bone dropped just a single place this week at nine.
Paranormal Activity 4 was also down this week as it dropped three places from round out the top ten.
