Filming on the Sherlock Holmes sequel was halted earlier this week (begs04Oct10) after Robert Downey Jr. fell ill, according to a new report.
The actor is currently filming the follow-up to Guy Ritchie's 2009 film in London, but he pulled out of the shoot on Tuesday (05Oct10) after complaining he felt unwell, reports Britain's The Sun.
A source tells the newspaper, "Everyone was fired up and ready to go. Word filtered around that Robert had a bit of a sniffle and wouldn't be coming in. It was a bit of a shock."
Sherlock Holmes was a huge success when it was released last year, which saw Downey Jr team up with Jude Law and filmmaker guy Ritchie.
The movie took over $523 million at the global box office and Downey Jr won a Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy Golden Globe.
It's been a busy year for Downey Jr as he enjoyed box office success this summer as he reprised the role of Tony Stark in Iron Man 2.
He will be back on the big screen later this year as he stars in Todd Phillips' Due Date alongside Zach Galifianakis.
