Ryan Reynolds has revealed that his costume for The Green Lantern is very uncomfortable.
The actor was at the San Diego Comic Con this weekend to give fans a sneak peak of the superhero movie, which will be released next year.
Reynolds will star as Hal Jordan in the Martin Campbell directed movie but admits that the costume department would redesign his costume.
Speaking at Comic-Con the actor said: : "I'm wearing a motion capture suit, something much more uncomfortable than the actual suit would be, so some days I would rather they rip the suit out of my skin and make it happen the way it's supposed to in the movie than wear that thing."
Despite this Reynolds admits that he is keen to see how the suit is going to look on the big screen.
"The technology that they have available to them now, that they didn't even have a year ago, is so incredible.
"You'll see the energy running through the suit, you'll hear it too. What they've really tried to focus on is the suit being a true physical manifestation of the ring bearer's biology, his will and his imagination.
"Effectively the suit comes out of you, it's not something you put on."
Green Lantern is released next summer.
