Ryan Gosling has revealed that George Clooney is enthusiastic about his latest project The Ides of March. Gosling, which can currently be seen in the political drama alongside Clooney in the movie which is based on Broadway play Farragut North. And Gosling has admitted that Gosling’s enthusiasm for the movie is becoming infectious. Speaking to the Belfast Telegraph the actor said: "George has so much enthusiasm, he's just so enthusiastic about this film, and there's nothing he hasn't thought of - it's very infectious. "I'm a huge fan of George and Grant Heslov, his partner, who did my favourite TV show Unscripted. "It's an ensemble piece, but my character is the one that takes the downward spiral. He's an idealist who soon discovers the dirty pull of politics.” Gosling can currently be seen in Blue Valentine, which sees him team up with Brokeback Mountain star Michelle Williams. And 2011 will be a busy year for the actor as he has already completed Drive and Crazy, Stupid, Love - they will be released later this year.
