Russell Crowe has revealed that he is picky when it comes to role.
The Oscar winning actor is back with new movie The Next Three Days, which sees him team up with filmmaker Paul Haggis, but he admits that he doers get plenty of scripts to look at.
Speaking at the premiere of his new movie The Next Three Days the actor said: "It's sort of going through a strange little period at the moment.
"It's not that I don't get lots to read, it's just that I'm a very finickity person!" he laughed.
Crowe has already enjoyed box office success this year as he reunited with his old pal Ridley Scott for a retelling of Robin Hood, with Crowe obviously in the title role.
The Next Three Days will be his first movie since Robin Hood and sees him star as a husband who goes to desperate measures to free his wife from prison.
The movie also stars Elizabeth Banks, Olivia Wilde and Liam Neeson.
The Next Three Days is released 7th January 2011.
