Rosamund Pike has described Tom Cruise as a 'giving' and 'generous' actor.
The British actress is set to work with Cruise on new movie One Shot and she reveals that there was a very relaxed atmosphere during the audition process with him.
Speaking to the Press Association the actress said:m"I'm about to go off and do One Shot and I've very excited about it because he's another great actor. He's the biggest movie star in the world," she said.
"Tom is, from my experience of meeting him, so giving and so generous and so engaged. He doesn't have to be...
"It was an audition process, and it was like being in the most relaxed rehearsal room with one of the greats."
One Shot is set to be directed by Christopher McQuarrie and Robert Duvall and Richard Jenkins are also on the cast list.
Pike is back on the big screen this week in Johnny English Reborn and she is set to take on the role of Andromeda in Clash of the Titans 2 next year.
