Robert Pattinson has revealed that a scene from Eclipse was re-shot to make it more 'erotic'.
This summer sees Eclipse, the third film in the franchise get it's highly anticipated release, just eight months since the release New Moon.
The scene in question sees love rivals Edward and Jacob, played by Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, share a ten with Bella sleeps between them.
Speaking to Contactmusic he said: "I saw an earlier cut, and I liked what happened in the tent scene when I saw it but we re-shot it, so I'm not sure what the new one is like.
"So maybe on the DVD you'll have the old tent scene... Just the staging was different. I think they tried to make it more erotic."
And the actor admitted that he struggled filming the scene because of the confined space of the tent.
"I think it had to do with claustrophobia, because we were actually shooting in a tent and I just couldn't get it together. I kept forgetting my lines and getting so nervous...
"We did three takes and Kristen, who was supposed to be asleep, saw I was freaking out. Halfway through the take she opened her eyes. She kept staring at me and kept trying to make me laugh through the entire take..."
The Twilight Saga' Eclipse is released 9th July.
