Robert Pattinson has described the end of the Twilight franchise as 'strange' but goes on to call it 'the sweetest moment in the whole film'.
The actor will reprise the role of Edward Cullen for the final time next month as The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 brings the franchise to a close.
It has already been revealed that the end to the movie will differ from the Stephenie Meyer novel.
Speaking to Hollywood Life the actor said: "It's very strange, the ending, but it kind of works in a very bizarre way.
"You don't normally get a story where everyone has a happy ending. Which sounds kind of ridiculous but even if you tried to write a happy ending, it's kind of impossible.
"But Stephanie kind of figured out the throughlines to make everyone have a happy ending. Which creates this very odd drama at the end."
"The ending is really sweet, it's probably the sweetest moment in the whole film. It's good."
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 is the fifth movie in the franchise and promises to be the most successful of them all when it hits the big screen in November.
We have already seen Pattinson in Bel Ami and Cosmopolis this year and he has been linked to projects such as Hold On To Me and The Rover.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 is released 16th November.
