Robert Downey Jr has revealed he has no plans to give up the action roles as he gets older.
The actor took on the role of Sherlock Holmes in his latest movie which saw him bare knuckle fighting.
The movie teamed him with Jude Law and Guy Ritchie for a new take on the literary icon. His performance earnt him a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy.
Speaking to Contactmusic he said: "If the material is still good and you still like to work with the people - why not? 'Sherlock Holmes' was a life-changing experience.
That's due to the extensive research we did and because I could actually realise such a big project.
I would still play characters like Sherlock in the future. Although, I will probably have another child and an alcohol free vineyard by then."
A second Holmes movie has been fast tracked and it was revealed earlier this week that Ritchie had pulled out of movie Lobo to concentrate on the sequel.
Downey Jr will return to the big budget blockbuster this summer when he reprises the role of Tony Stark in Iron Man 2.
