Resident Evil: Retribution has hit the #1 spot at the U.S. box office in the film's opening weekend.
The movie is the fifth instalment of the Resident Evil franchise and sees Milla Jovovich reprise the role of Alice while Paul W.S. Anderson is back in the director's chair.
The movie took $21.1 million to take the top spot and hold off the challenge from Finding Nemo 3D.
Finding Nemo was back on the big screen in the U.S. this weekend as it was given a 3D makeover - nearly a decade after it wowed audiences for the very first time.
And fans flocked to see the movie all over again as it took $17.5 million to soar to the number two spot
Las week's number one The Possession dropped two places this week to three while Lawless was also down two at four.
Animation movie ParaNorman was a none mover at five while The Expendables fell out of the top five as it dropped three places to six.
The Word was also down three at seven and The Bourne Legacy was down two at number eight - last week it was revealed that there are further Bourne movies in the pipeline.
The Odd Life of Timothy Green spent another week inside the top ten but dropped two places to nine. The Campaign was also down two as it rounded off the top ten
